I think that having a virtual class would be pretty awesome. You wouldnt have to worry about caring books around, or any other thing that would be in a normal class or school.

Today I really did’nt feel like reading my book. So, instead I chose to read a article. And the very long article I read was called “Our Soldiers’ Stories” THE WAR IN THE WORDS OF THE DEAD. This article is about soldiers that have passed on…- reason being, fighting for our country. I could relate to this and how the family felt because I have a very very close friend who departs to leave for Iraq in August. He means the world to me and now he is leaving. But after reading these stories I begin to miss him even worse. One story that meant alot to me was about a man named Michael Mundell. He had 4 kids at home. They were all under 18. And also had a loving wife at home too. The only way he could possibly talk with them is if he sent his family a letter from where he was at. In one of the letters he sent to his senior highschool daughter, he talked about how dreding it was to be there. He fights everyday. But unfortunatly he was killed by an IED.

Today I chose to read an article on the Virginia Tech shooting. This probably happened a while back. This article explains what the shooter had been going threw. Also why he would do such a thing to innocent people. It says here that ChoSwung-Hui (the killer) moved to America when he was 8 years old I believe. Cho was teased a lot as a child. In high school he had a weird accent and was made fun of. His classmates told him to go back to Korea, were he belonged. So from this information I could understand what he went through. People say they didnt believe he had one true friend and that he was some what depressed. And that the effect of all this was the shootingg at Virgina Tech. But that was in the future, there had been more than just name calling and teasing in high school. I dont think he could ever look up to his parents either. It says in this article that

Today, I read and overlooked some idea’s that camed to mind for our “biography person game” thing. I read mrs. dearing’s web site and first before we went to step two, we had our wonderful teacher to approve of the person you picked to do your biography. Truthfully, i dont have a clue why we are, or whaqt th purpose is to this “game.” All i know is that we will have to pick a person for a biography or an autobiography. I think i have an idea on what Im going to do my thing on. My mamaw talked about this woman all the time. She was really big in the sixties. This woman that i can not speak of (hehe) i find amazing. She was very very famous in Britian. (If I even spelled that right; oh well) But yes, she was. My mamaw almost chose to follow in her foot steps. But then she meet my papaw, which Im kinda glad she did bc, i wouldnt be here. lol

Today in reading day, I started to read a book called “THE CATCHER IN THE RYE.” In this book, its about a boy who has seem all his life to be getting in to trouble ever where he goes. He was going to a private school until he got kicked out. And apparently he had been to other schools also. It had seems that he had not one purpose in his life whatsoever. He had been in trouble really often. And whenever he left a place he said he liked to make sure that actually had a proper good-bye. Anyway the story take place at the beginning, at a football game with himself setting on the top of the hill. He as all by himself and lonely. It was very cold outside. The type of cold to freeze your hands off, or the type to make you shake like.. none stop.

In class today, I read a book called “Lord of the Flies.” It appeared in stores in 1954. It was by William Golding. Some may call it an adventurous story. I call it stupid. Who would want to write a book about this?
